I don't know if anyone ever had it but I remember once playing solo mode with only the game sound on (no background music). In the second part of No Mercy, right at the beginning of the phase where there is a tube, there are several special infected. Their noises are terrifying. I was also afraid at the end of the blood harvest I basically have skins for everything and scripts to rebalance the guns. Lighting filters for the maps and that’s it. I’ve seen all the infected and guns with no issue and have no tank mods so it’s not him. Game used to run fine with all the mods and just randomly started happening.
